CheckinWin is a robust and efficient system that combines two mobile applications (Client and Business), a landing page website, and a powerful backend to enhance business operations and customer engagement.

Developed during my tenure at Megabee, the project is designed to streamline processes for businesses while providing clients with an intuitive and rewarding experience. By integrating real-time data insights, marketing tools, and customer loyalty features, CheckinWin empowers businesses to grow and connect with their clients effectively.

Key features

The system includes a comprehensive admin dashboard equipped with KPI charts, real-time tracking of check-ins and profits, and detailed insights into crew performance. Businesses can manage marketing campaigns through notifications for app users and SMS for non-app users, while the integrated POS and reservation system facilitates reservations with automated reminders 1 hour before bookings and enables clients to earn check-ins. The Client app provides a personal dashboard, QR code for seamless check-ins, and a directory of nearby participating businesses, while the Business app offers a role-based mini version of the admin system for QR scanning, operational management, and access to essential insights. Additionally, an optional loyalty program allows businesses to reward clients with points for their check-ins, fostering customer retention and satisfaction.
